After nearly 30 years in the funeral business, I have to admit\ that
being a funeral director is not only what I am, I want to make it clear that I am the sole owner, and the funeral homes were not sold off to a large corporation. I am not a stranger to Watsontown or Lewisburg. My family and I have lived nearby in Muncy for almost 20 years and have visited both Lewisburg and Watsontown on many occasions. I do not expect to manage both the Cronrath-Grenoble funeral home and Grenoble's in Muncy without a lot of support. Mr. Cronrath will remain as Supervisor of the Lewisburg location, and my licensed associate, Rebekah Golla, will continue to supervise the Watsontown funeral home. Rebekah lives at the Watsontown home with her husband, Kyle. And then there is my family's support...a big reason why I am taking this large step towards the future. My wife, Kathy, is almost constantly by my side, and my son, Justin, designed this web site. He is also just beginning to work with me on a limited basis to see if a career in mortuary science might be in his future as well. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Steve and Carol Bower, will be living at the Lewisburg location. Steve has been employed with us for ten years already. Although he is not a licensed funeral director, he is very valuable to us. The high standards set by my predecessors will not change. We intend to maintain their proud past and continue to provide companionship and professional guidance to those families who choose to use our services, as well as those who have already pre-arranged their funerals.

difficult decision at age 51 to decide to purchase the Cronrath
funeral homes in Lewisburg and Watsontown. Both are marvelous
Victorian-era homes in wonderful communities, and both previously
had well-respected owners.
