As most funeral homes in our geographical area, we use a full-open casket. Our selection room contains a variety of in-stock caskets to choose from. But do not hesitate to ask us to special order something other than what we have in stock, or to order a half-open casket. We can get most caskets delivered overnight.

We are local people, so we like to deal with local people. That is why we stock Matthews Caskets manufactured primarily in York, Pennsylvania and Haven Line Caskets from Schuylkill Haven PA.

The most basic container we offer is a concrete cave-proof box with no seal. A more durable concrete outer container can be sealed. Some are strentex (polymer) lined and some have no liner. Steel and copper vaults are also available.

The Wilbert way is our most commonly selected vault installation procedure. It involves a patented process where the casket is enclosed in the vault above ground and then put into the grave with a lowering device. The method eliminates any 

As with our caskets, we also turn to local people to supply some of our urns. Most of our wooden urns are handcrafted in Williamsport, and Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. We also stock cultured marble, bronze and cloisonne, as well as a few unique urns. Prices vary according to the material they are made of. 

Depending on the type of urn selected, some cemeteries may require and urn vault. Other cemeteries do not require them at all. We can advise you on your cemetery’s requirement and procure an urn vault if needed.

We have available in our showroom a variety of ladies’ burial gowns. Also, if needed, we have undergarments. We will be glad to shop locally for any men’s needs (shirt, tie, sport coat, etc.), as the industry supplier’s prices for those items are higher than a local retailer.
