Olga T. Lytle

Olga T. Lytle, 86, formerly of Lewisburg, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Mennonite Home Communities, Lancaster.

She was born August 2, 1931 in Shenandoah,a daughter of the late Simon and Mary (Huratiak) Traychak.  On August 8, 1953, she married Charles William “Bill” Lytle and they celebrated 32 years of marriage before his death on November 15, 1985.

Olga attended the former Kulpmont High School.

She spent her time at home taking care of her family.

She particularly enjoyed summer family vacations at the shore in Ocean City, NJ as well as any opportunity to go shopping.

Later in life, she cherished family visits and gatherings.

Surviving are two sons and two daughters-in-law, Greg R. and Debbie Lytle, of Lancaster and Todd W. and Cindie Lytle, of Watsontown; one sister, Marie Sock, of New Jersey; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two sisters, Martha Orzechowski and Jean Kurtz.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to Noon Wednesday at Mazeppa Union Church, 3200 Johnson Mill Road, Lewisburg, where a funeral service will be held at Noon with the Rev. Ricky A, Phillips, officiating.

Burial will follow in Mazeppa Union Cemetery.

The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to either the American Heart Association, 1704 Warren Ave., Williamsport, PA 17701 or a charity of one’s choice.

The family is being assisted by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, S. Second and St. Louis Streets, Lewisburg.
