Cathy D. (Fertig) Rowles

Cathy D. (Fertig) Rowles, 60, of Osceola Mills, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 at her home.

She was born December 3, 1958 in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Robert William Fertig and Emma (Geiswite) Fertig, who survives.  On March 29, 1977 she married Ronald Rowles, who survives. Together they celebrated 42 years of marriage.

Cathy attended Lewisburg Schools.  She spent most of her early years raising and caring for her family.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and pets, as well as researching her family genealogy.  Cathy also liked to play games on the computer, crochet and knit.

Surviving in addition to her mother and husband are two sons, Ronal and Aaron Rowles, both of Osceola Mills; one brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Debra Fertig; and one sister, Betty Harvey.

In addition to her father, she was predeceased by one son, Kyle Rowles.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, at the Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 106 S. Second St., Lewisburg, where the funeral will be held at 1 p.m.

Burial will follow in Chestnut Hills Cemetery, Winfield.
