Edith Ann Phillips

Edith Ann Phillips, 76, of Milton, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

She was born January 7, 1941 in Sunbury, a daughter of the late William T. and Louella S. (Martz) Hassinger. On April 30, 1979, she married Donald L. Phillips Sr., who survives. Together they celebrated 38 years of marriage.

Ann was a graduate of Sunbury High School.

Surviving in addition to her husband are one son and daughter-in-law, Marlin and Shirley Bastian, of Watsontown; two grandchildren, Michael Bastian and Amanda Irvin and her husband, Brandyn; five stepchildren, Daniel Phillips, of Dewart, Donald L. Phillips Jr., of Mount Carmel, Kandace Thomas and her husband, Hal, of Danville, Stephanie Phillips, of Milton, and Stephen Phillips, of Florida; and two step grandchildren, Chris Phillips and his wife, Tammy, and Chad Divler.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one stepson, Dustin Phillips, and numerous brothers and sisters.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The family is being assisted by the Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main Street, Watsontown.
