Jasmine Mae (Garman) Hopp

Jasmine Mae (Garman) Hopp, 35, of Lewisburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Friday, October 27, 2017.

Jasmine was born June 1, 1982 in Lewisburg, a daughter of Debora (Egan) Thomas and Mike Thomas, of Lewisburg and Gregory Garman and Linda Starks, of Northumberland.

She attended Lewisburg High School.

With a passion for the outdoors; Jasmine enjoyed swimming, going for walks and listening to music. Her favorite color was lime green; she had a feisty nature and was always good for a laugh. Most of all, she was fond of spending time with her family, especially her mother and children, who were loved more than they will ever know.

Surviving in addition to her parents and step parents are three children, Lucas, Jerika and Kaylee Garman; one brother, Joseph Garman, of Lewisburg; an uncle and aunt, Mike and Faith Egan, of Northumberland; cousin, Nichole Reitenbach and Jamie Mechtly, of Williamsport; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Helen Mae Chamberlain and Walter J. Egan; her paternal grandmother, Joann Garman; and an aunt, Cathy Reitenbach.

A celebration of life will be conducted at a later date at the convenience of the family.

The family is being assisted by the Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, South Second and St. Louis Streets, Lewisburg.
