Barry L. Auman

Barry L. Auman, 61, of Milton, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

He was born August 13, 1960 in Lewisburg, a son of the late Alice Smith.  

Barry was a 1980 graduate of Midd-West High School. He most recently worked in maintenance for Watsontown Trucking.

He loved to go kayaking and earlier in life, enjoyed spelunking.

Most importantly, Barry was a loving father and grandfather, who loved his children so much.

Surviving are two sons, Derek Auman, of Watsontown and Chancey Auman, of Selinsgrove; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Melanie and Ryan Smith, of Watsontown, Bethany and David Hampton, of New Columbia and Amanda Auman, of Nescopeck; four brothers, James Auman, of Watsontown, Rick Auman, of Ohio and Tim and John Auman, both of Turbotville and seven grandchildren, Kylie and Dylan Smith, Tyler and Lily Hampton, Jack and Ryan Watt and one on the way.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Grenoble Funeral Home and Crematory to help defray funeral costs through, which will provide the family with a personalized keepsake that lists every donor’s name who so graciously donated in his memory

The family is being assisted by Grenoble Funeral Home & Crematory, 308 Main St. Watsontown.
