Daniel Diehl Obituary

Daniel J. Diehl, 60, of Montgomery, passed away August 31, 2020 in the Emergency Room at UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport.

Born on January 29, 1960 he was a son of the late Grant Diehl Sr. and Betty Jane Reeder, who survives.

Dan previously worked many years for Bishop’s Tree Farm.

Dan was a member of the Roland Ritter Post 268 American Legion, Muncy, where he enjoyed shooting pool and playing skill games.  He also enjoyed hunting and fishing in earlier years.

Surviving in addition to his mother are four children, Jason Diehl, of Montgomery, Nevada Davidson and her husband, David, of Muncy, Devin Diehl and his wife Chyanna, of Milton, and Karrie Miller and her husband, Kevin, of West Milton;  two brothers and three sisters, Grant Diehl Jr. and his wife, Desiree, Virginia Hill and her husband, Donald, Laurie Morey and her husband, John, all of Montgomery, Joseph Diehl and his wife, Brenda, of Allenwood, and Rebecca Diehl, of Montgomery; and seven grandchildren, Jacob, Jaycee, Autumn, Lucas, Brent, Felicia and Trisha.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by one sister, Pam Wiana.

A celebration of Dan’s life will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
