Jessica Lynn Brubaker

Jessica Lynn Brubaker, 40, of Baltimore, died Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at her home.

She was born August 5, 1983 in Indianapolis, IN.  Jessica was the daughter of the Douglas Brubaker, of Elysburg and Linda Brubaker, of Lewisburg.

Jessica was a 2001 graduate of Bloomsburg High School. She received her bachelor’s degree from Towson University and later her master’s degree from Tufts University, Boston. For the past 12 years, Jessica worked for Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, where she was a senior research specialist.

In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting and crafting. Jessica had a lifelong love for animals.

Surviving in addition to her parents are a brother, Kendall Brubaker and his wife, Katie, of Missoula, MT; three nieces, Amelia, Abigail and Ava Brubaker; paternal grandfather, Myron D. Brubaker, of Kokomo, IN; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by a brother, Jason Brubaker in infancy; maternal grandparents, Margaret and Kenneth Knapp and paternal grandmother, Norma Lee Brubaker.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The family is being assisted by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, S. Second and St. Louis Streets, Lewisburg.
