Mee Maw I miss you so much and it's been tough for me to handle you were not only a dear friend but you were a mee maw to me and I'm gonna miss everything about.you... You have been one of my biggest supporters from the first day we have met and thank you for that.... I also want to thank you for always giving me the strength to make it through tough times while being away wirking.... I am gonna miss the 3 am Facebook chats in between your cat naps...
I will miss the coffee and porch time in the spring and summer with you when we come.home for visits... and most of all I wanna thank you for loving me Desi and the kids as.if we were your own!!!!! Mee maw I miss and love you always and forever to the moon and back...until we meet again don't hesitate to stop by once and awhile to check up on us.... and I'll do my best to keep an eye on pop and help him through this difficult time

A beautiful soul, a beautiful person, your friendship and encouragement guided mine and my children's lives down a wonderful path...unfortunately our paths took us in different directions and it was usually this time of year we would bump into each other and share a great big hug, I am saddened that we are unable to share that hug...you will always be with me and I love you for all you gave me

Mel, going to miss you, we didn't see each other as much as we would've liked to, but i enjoyed our early, early morning conversations on the phone when we were both awake and couldn't sleep. I will miss those and i already miss you on FB, your posts were very inspirational and hardly ever about you, they were always about your love for your family, especially your precious children and grandchildren. You were honest and told it like it was, your were real. I have nothing but great memories of us throughout our lives. Thanks for the memories sweet cousin.
