Richard A. "Dick" Struble

Richard A. “Dick” Struble, 85, of 130 Magnolia Dr., Lewisburg, formerly of Lake Hopatcong, NJ passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017.

He was born August 20, 1931 in Parsippany, NJ. On July 1, 1956 he married, the former Helen Hofheinz, who survives. Together they celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Dick was a graduate of Boonton High School, NJ and a graduate of the former Newark College of Engineering, where he received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Following his service in the U.S. Navy, he worked most of his life as an electrical engineer.

Dick was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Surviving in addition to his wife are three children and their spouses, Madeline Joulepann Bott and Glenn Morgan, of Winfield, Richard A. Jr. and Alice Struble, of NJ, and Patricia A. and Patrick Flannery, of Lewisburg; one sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Neil Dolce, of CA; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Jesse, Sophia and Stella.

The family has chosen to have a private memorial service. Interment will be in the Lewisburg Cemetery columbarium.

The family is being assisted by the Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, South Second and St. Louis Streets, Lewisburg.
