Dear Kay, just heard this morning. My thoughts & prayers are with you & Chris. So hard saying goodbye to the physical, she will remain in my heart. Thankful for the visit we had in 2015 at lunch & her adorable apartment. Do hope her passing was peaceful. Such fond memories since meeting in 1972. Hugs.

I'll really miss the reflective conversations Sally and I have had in the four years since we met at Silver Sneakers and began sharing thoughts and ideas while walking around the Community Center Gym or driving in the countryside or watching fireworks. I admire her working on her writing in her ninth decade and am so glad we had one last ride through western Union County in June. My condolences to you all.
