I just learned this afternoon of Bill's passing in July, 2017. I want to say I worked with Bill via long distance through ACF beginning in 1987 thru the 90's and then again in the past 5 years. I am fortunate to be able to say I karaoke-ed with Bill a couple of Years ago while in Milton and Lewisburg area. I have much respect and know how honorable Bill is and was. I count him as a Great Friend and mentor! My Condolences to the Family and Friends, he will be Greatly missed!
